We are looking for a Senior Manager to shape the Less than Truckload (LTL) business strategy for Amazon Freight business in EU. In this role you will be focused on defining the product vision strategy and requirements for our LTL business. You will develop solutions to produce best in class shipper experience and help shippers book schedule and manage their transportation when using LTL product and network to send product into our fulfillment network as well as to external shippers. On a typical day you might talk to several customers define and prioritize the roadmap deep dive to root cause a customer issue define and report business metrics and develop go-to-market strategies. You will author documents up to VP level audience to influence your space and act as a thought leader. You will manage a team of 12 product and program managers and own EU LTL product and program roadmaps performance and cost metrics and will partner with our shippers sales and operations team to identify new opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Define product and program strategy for LTL business and new country expansions for EU
- Lead and develop high performing team of talented product and program managers
- Identify and quantify new business opportunities.
- Define the roadmap for planning under the roof and forecasting product to grow with the business
- Own the under the roof program improvements to allow high operational efficiency
- Initiate key projects to improve leadtime and cost improvements as well as critical asset management (trailers/yards etc)
- Be the voice of the Customer (Shipper) and identify and resolve customer pain points.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership at all levels to advocate for the product strategy.

- Experience directly managing teams of 6 or more
- Experience in product or program management product marketing business development or technology
- Experience recruiting and developing high performing teams that deliver outsized results
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives across tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in freight/logistics billing systems or enterprise payment flows
- Experience leading geo-expansion or international go-to-market programs
- Experience in finance/accounting related field
- Experience managing operations teams across countries or time zones
- MBA or Masters degree preferred
