The Role
The Regulatory Assistant role requires the post holder to carry out the full range of administrative tasks in support of the Authorisations Team to provide an efficient accurate service.
Key skills and experience required to undertake the role include:
Experience in undertaking a high volume of accurate correspondence regularly by both email and telephone.
Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications plus case management or customer relationship software.
Tasks will include:
Logging applications
Processing fee payments
Registering and signing off pupillages
Undertaking application assessments or making recommendations on applications to more senior colleagues within the Authorisations Team
