Overview
Fellowship Square-Phoenix is seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor to join our team and help prospective residents discover a vibrant and welcoming new home in our Assisted Living Independent and Memory Care community. In this vital role youll connect with seniors and their families guide them through the decision-making process and showcase the life-enriching experience our community provides.

Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales goals and occupancy targets.
- Respond to inquiries conduct personalized tours and convert prospects into move-ins.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales and marketing database (CRM).
- Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups via phone email cards and in-person contact.
- Qualify prospects financially and ensure they meet Independent Assisted Living and Memory Care criteria (in compliance with Fair Housing).
- Participate in marketing events and community outreach.
- Represent and promote Fellowship Square and the full continuum of care we offer.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support resident satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: A strong background in sales or leasing with the ability to prepare and execute presentations effectively in senior living.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and phone etiquette.
- Organizational and time management expertise.
- CRM/database experience in Sherpa/Aline Yardi etc.
- Proficiency with computers and basic word processing
- A compassionate relationship-driven approach
Preferred Qualities:
- Familiarity with senior living options including Independent Living Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Ability to empathize and support families making important life transitions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborative team spirit.

Pay Rate: The starting pay rate for the positions is $60000 per year plus commissions and with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications.
