Job Description
- Decatur: 2836 Lavista Rd Decatur
- Suwanee: 2133 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd Suwanee
- Closing new personal training sales
- Following up with leads and conducting fitness consultations
- Coaching and mentoring trainers
- Monitoring KPIs and hitting revenue goals
- Managing scheduling and performance across both gyms
- Helping build and grow a top-tier training culture
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM ISSA ACE or similar)
- Proven experience in selling personal training packages
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time across locations
- Able to work some evenings and some Saturdays
- Reliable transportation between Decatur and Suwanee
- Hourly pay aggressive commission structure
