Job Description

Compensation: $22.91 hourly

The Qualified Professional will:

  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
  • Build lasting relationships with clients referral sources payors and community organizations
  • Develop strong communicative relationships with the team
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Must be a Qualified Professional with at least 2 years of experience working with the community services or population served.
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position Specific and Education:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a field other than human services with 4 years experience working with the MH/SA/DD population to be served; or bachelors degree in human services with 2 years experience working with the population served.
  • Minimum of four years of working experience in a child mental health setting preferred.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • QP (Qualified Professional) credential is required for this position.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
