Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Package Materials: You will review order instructions label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers calipers tape guns and banding equipment.
  • Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
  • Skills:Strong attention to detail ability to operate assigned equipment safely and effective communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds mount & dismount equipment capable of walking climbing and bending for periods of time and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience
  • Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
  • Lift truck operation experience
