The Retail Pharmacy Lead (Pharmacy Manager) will oversee daily operations in a retail pharmacy setting that is located inside a senior primary care clinic.The Retail Pharmacy Lead (Pharmacy Manager) role oversees daily operations in the pharmacy and prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions patient charges and inventory. The Retail Pharmacy Lead provides information to the staff and clinic members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interacts with patients. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Strong relationship building and provider relations.

Required Qualifications
- PharmD or equivalent
- Active pharmacist license with the Florida Board of Pharmacy
- Immunization Certification
- BLS/CPR Certification
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridges Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role you will be required to be screened for TB
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of pharmacy management experience ina retail setting
Additional Information
- We are located inside of and work directly with a primary care clinic
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 with a scheduled lunch break at 12:30-1:00.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
