Job Description
- Proactively engage service customers and identify upgrade opportunities
- Use your knowledge ofsales-to-service strategiesto create long-term relationships
- Partner with service advisors without oversteppingwe value collaboration
- Manage leads appointments and follow-ups using multiple dealership systems (CRM DMS VIN tools etc.)
- Deliver an exceptional transparent customer experience from service bay to sales floor
- 2 years automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability toprospect and sell in a service lane environment
- Comfortable withdigital tools and multiple software platforms
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Flexible schedule great for early risers(no late nights!) Maybe some Saturdays
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
