Job Description
ECI Management Group is hiring Grill Cooks and to support caf and catering services at TCCs Trinity River Campus. We focus on scratch cooking and are looking for individuals who bring energy teamwork and a commitment to quality.
Ideal Candidates Will:
Work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Be willing to learn and grow in a team environment
Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards
Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food to order
Follow prep quantity and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
Support both caf and catering operations
Schedule:
Monday through Friday some Saturday primarily AM shifts. Evening shifts required for catering events.
