The Role
As Account Manager youll be the go-to person for the day-to-day running of a dynamic FMCG account. From campaign planning to flawless delivery youll be trusted to keep things moving guide clients through the process and unlock opportunities for truly impactful work.
Youll also play a crucial role in shaping creative output deepening client partnerships and developing the next generation of talent around you.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Serve as a key contact between client and agency cultivating trust and confidence in every interaction.
Own the day-to-day delivery of projects managing timelines budgets and expectations with care and precision.
Lead integrated campaign development across departments ensuring seamless collaboration from brief to execution.
Understand and guide clients through creative and production processes making sure work is delivered to the highest standard.
Spot issues before they escalate propose solutions and know when to bring in senior support.
Begin mentoring junior team members supporting their development and career growth.
Strategic Smarts
Understand your clients business inside and out and use that knowledge to guide decisions and push work forward.
Apply insights data and results to tell compelling stories that sell great creative.
Evaluate options objectively and help clients make informed strategic choices.
Stay close to the works effectiveness. How its performing what its achieving and how it can improve.
Creative Contribution
Be a passionate advocate for great creative.
Bring industry examples and inspiration to the table encouraging bold thinking.
Provide smart constructive feedback that helps shape ideas in line with the brief and the brands ambitions.
Commercial & Financial Ownership
Run your projects like a businessalways across estimates billing and budget tracking.
Understand client fees and scopes and help ensure account profitability.
Confidently discuss the financial health of the account with both internal teams and the client.
Lead finance meetings tracking spend and forecasting with accuracy and transparency.
