Staff Nurse Ward
St Bartholomews Hospital Nursing Bank Part Time
Up to 25 per hour depending on skills and experience

As a Staff Nurse youll be providing care on a diverse ward encompassing Cardiac Surgery Cardiology General Surgery and Orthopedic specialties. Your role is pivotal in setting the bar for patient care standards. Youre registered with the appropriate governing body plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.
As a Ward Staff Nurse you will:
Be flexible motivated an excellent communicator and team worker
Join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward
Fully understand and pay close attention to each patients needs
Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
Gain valuable experience of new practices equipment and facilities
Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care

Weve opened the doors to Nuffield Health at St Bartholomews Hospital: The City of Londons only independent hospital situated next to St Bartholomews NHS hospital. This is our flagship center for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services including: orthopaedics oncology general surgery genecology and urology services.
Our hospital consists of 55 beds including 7 Specialist intensive care beds four of the most advanced digital operating theatres and Endoscopy and minor ops theatre. With 28 consultation rooms. Cardiac catheterisation lab Oncology Day unit and full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI CT ultrasound mammography and general X-ray.
