Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Accountant Process Improvement on a full-time permanent basis for our Corporate Accounting team.
This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Regina Saskatchewan.

Youll support external reporting and audits help lead budgeting processes and drive efficiencies through system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
What youll do:
- Lead the monthly internal financial reporting process including preparation of analysis and supporting documentation.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and Board reporting packages with related analysis.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process support business units with inputs and consolidate financial statements and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.
- Support the implementation of financial systems ensuring optimal reporting functionality and providing technical accounting expertise.
Who youll work with:
Reporting to the Supervisor Financial Accounting youll guide Accounting Analysts on data-driven projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants on process improvements. Youll work independently while receiving strategic support from the Supervisor Financial Accounting. This role operates in a collaborative environment that values initiative efficiency and continuous improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have a Bachelor of Commerce/Business majoring in accounting or finance.
- Have a professional accounting designation (CPA) is required.
- Have 6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in both accounting and financial reporting and accounting enterprise systems. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
