Job Description
MIND & MOBILITY Home Care & Physical Therapy Centers one of the most reputable home health agencies and outpatient centers in South Florida has an immediate open position for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to cover various areas of Miami Beach.
We are looking for a committed COTA to act as the patients partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion prevention treatment or intervention and rehabilitation.
Proven work experience as a COTA
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy
- Associates degree or greater in occupational therapy
