The Quick Lube Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quick Lube ensuring timely and efficient customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising a team of technicians while ensuring that vehicle service tasks are completed quickly and effectively.

Requirements
Supervise and lead a team of technicians within the Quick Lube department.
Ensure all service requests are processed quickly and accurately meeting customer expectations for speed and quality.
Train coach and develop Quick Lube team members to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the Quick Lube to achieve departmental goals related to service efficiency customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Ensure that service Quick Lane processes comply with company policies and standards including safety cleanliness and organization.
Perform regular inspections to ensure proper workflow and vehicle management.
Resolve customer concerns or service issues quickly professionally and efficiently.
Ensure timely communication with Service Advisors regarding service progress including any necessary delays or additional work.
Oversee parts inventory and ensure proper stock levels for Quick Lube services.
Develop strategies to increase service productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the companys mission and values.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or technical certification in automotive service preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems repairs and maintenance procedures.
Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a team.
