The FTS Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support for client programs by managing departmental processes in compliance with regulatory requirements. It encompasses a range of tasks from routine to complex activities to ensure smooth operations of the Fintech Solutions Group and its partners. The position involves collaboration with internal bank departments and external partners to facilitate support and maintain regulatory knowledge. Key responsibilities include conducting account reviews making account adjustments analyzing reports and documenting activities to uphold the operational integrity of the Banks partner programs.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Monitors a variety of reports to identify exceptions violations and/or potential fraud.
  2. Receives and logs account inquiries and processes account adjustments necessary to fulfill levies garnishments and various accountholder requests.
  3. Reviews daily control reports to ensure card transactions and adjustments were processed correctly.
  4. Processes written correspondence received including returned mail and written customer inquiries.
  5. Performs account reviews as necessary to respond to account inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Coordinates with relevant departments to address any identified account discrepancies effectively.
  7. Collaborates with other members of the Fintech Solutions division to problem-solve client issues and inquiries.
  8. Processes card requests for the Retail Bank programs in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Maintains highly accurate records files and timetables for future actions and follow-up activities.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Sales Marketing Business Operations and/or Business Administration.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to take feedback and seek direction quickly.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite e.g. Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook.
  • Capable of quickly learning and navigating account screens on multiple systems.
