Your mission
Youllbe responsible fordeveloping a strategy with theBrel & Kjr Vibrodirect salesteam the NSK sales team and channel partners. Strategicthinkingandoperationalexcellence are needed equally as well the ability to think in the short term as well as long term.
Youll have the leadership ability to effectively communicate the company vision youll build a clear strategy for exponential growth within EMEA and you will have the ability to execute this strategy through a disciplined sales process using excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Developing managing and executing strategic plans to promote market and increase sales ofproductssolutionsandvalue-added servicestodeliver theordersand revenueoperatingplan.
  • Identifyingand implementing the main priorities andobjectives(KPIs) to develop new customers sales channels and distributors as well as recognizingproduct portfolio gaps and opportunities to fill them.
  • Commercial partnering with theMarComService ExecutionandProduct Managementteams to develop an effective salesstrategy.
  • Approving and creatingacommercial strategy and business plan involving but not limitedtoquoting price strategies/proposals negotiations and customer contract commitments.
  • Identifyingproduct trends and needs as well asareas to grow market share and set up new distribution/sales channelsincluding e-commerce.
  • Understanding competitor positions product offerings and price levels.
  • Settingannual sales targets for the sales team and managing delivery of those targets throughaccurateforecasting anddisciplineduse of the CRM tools(Salesforce).
  • Preparing professional action plans performance and sales reports and business plans to communicate business endeavours tobothdepartmentaland company leadership.
Your profile
  • Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical or electrical Engineering combined with a proven sales track record in a related industry.
  • Your leadership entrepreneurial thinking flawless execution will inspire your team and youll be able to coach and mentor them to achieve success. Your ability to learn quickly and have a can-do attitude will be important for success
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills a second European language would also bean advantagebutisntessential.
  • Knowledge and experience inmanaging and coachingsalesteams to bothretain/grow existing customers andacquirenew business.
  • Track recordof managing distributors and growing performance inahighly ethical and professional manner.
  • Good business acumen strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • State-of-the-artintelligence in terms of markets legislation trends competitors etc. .
  • The ability to develop and execute a long-termstrategicbusinessplan.
