Job Description
As a Senior Manager Commercial Operations at realworld one you will work directly with the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to enhance internal processes systems and reporting frameworks that improve team efficiency and drive commercial performance across the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities streamline operations and deliver the strategic infrastructure required to scale growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Strategy & Value Creation Business Development and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of commercial priorities across teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of scalable processes tools and KPI reporting that enhance operational transparency and decision-making.
- Provide strategic reporting and data-driven insights to support sales planning goal tracking and performance reviews.
- Support the design of mid-term plans targets and incentive models.
- Identify and drive operational improvements by analyzing internal performance data and translating insights into action.
Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience in commercial operations strategy or analytics ideally within a B2B software or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing internal processes and enabling cross-functional collaboration at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce business reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence Miro Contractbook) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
