Job Description
Raw Material Planner
What youll do:
Guarantee the arrival of raw material on time and quantity.
Meet designed inventory value. Maintain effective communication with external and internal customers.
Ensure raw material availability to meet customers requirements.
Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.
Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.
Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report past due RANs critical components top ten high inventory value components).
Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
Meet AS: AS244 AS246 AS051 AS544
Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP Inventory turns).
Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers.
What is required:
Engineer and/or bachelors degree Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in JDE or equivalent ERP systems preferred
Supply chain (planning and inventory management) and Project Management experience
English language proficiency
Availability to work on site
