Voltix Services is a premier provider of integrated facility management solutions. We are currently seeking a diligent and multi-skilled Static Engineer to join our vibrant team in London. This role requires an experienced professional who is adept at maintaining and repairing various building systems while being mobile across different locations within London.

Hours: Full-Time (Site/Office-Based 5 Days per Week)

As we continue to grow were looking for a Facilities Handyperson to join our dedicated team on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and support across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct minor repair works to the building fabric (e.g. door handles light fittings).
Perform small-scale internal and external painting.
General outdoor maintenance: weeding applying weed killer clearing walkways.
Ad-hoc patch repairs for minor potholes or surface damage to car parks.
Support the on-site management team with day-to-day operations.
Carry out routine compliance tasks including:Emergency lighting flick testsWeekly flushing of infrequently used outlets
Monthly hot/cold-water temperature recordings.
Oversee and liaise with contractors and engineers working on-site. Maintain clear records of tasks and inspections.
Coordinate closely with security and cleaning teams to ensure high service standards.
Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role. Friendly proactive and customer-service oriented.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal to work under pressure and meet changing priorities.
Organised self-motivated and adaptable across tasks.
Willing to collaborate across departments and contribute to wider team efforts.
Qualifications or hands-on skills in basic building maintenance (e.g. painting plastering basic electrical).
Experience managing or supervising contractors on-site.
