EMJ is growing and we are looking for a Recruiter to attract and recruit Gold Medal Winners to further strengthen our team.

Who you are:
- Experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter: You have experience managing the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house) and understand the importance of a world-class candidate experience.

- Pharma/Healthcare Knowledge (Plus): While not essential knowledge of the pharma/healthcare industry experience organising recruitment days hiring Sales talent and recruiting in Miami and London is a plus.
What youll do:
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment from job posting to offer partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires.
- Create Engaging Job Advertisements: Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Proactively Source Candidates: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions.
- Manage Recruitment Data & KPIs: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process.
- Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable providing and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our recruitment strategies.
Key Information
- Salary: 30000 - 35000
- Hours: 8.30am 5pm Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: London/Moorgate office
We offer a hybrid work environment balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation this period will be fully office-based five days a week. Following this we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
