Job Description
- Architect implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM landscapes including roles authorizations and transport (cTMS/CTS) setup.
- Lead change and release management processes including governance frameworks and migration from Solution Manager (CHARM).
- Set up and maintain Job & Automation Monitoring across SAP environments including alerting and analytics.
- Configure system and business-process monitoring establish root-cause dashboards and implement alert mechanisms.
- Integrate Cloud ALM with SAP BTP S/4HANA BW and external services/APIs ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement intelligent event handling and exception workflows to automate alert and incident management.
- Design dashboards and reports for SLA tracking release status system health and core ALM metrics.
- Should be able to coach and guide the customer on cloud ALM design.
- Should be able to play the role of advisory in this space.
- Able to liaise between customer and SAP for an alignment between both the parties.
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Technology or similar.
- 12 years experience with SAP ERP products and 3 years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience in at least one implementation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team desire to interact with and help end users.
