Job Description
- Refine and execute secure scalable project strategies for the VDSS vCHAMPS initiative.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between outgoing and incoming project management teams ensuring documentation of critical knowledge processes and outstanding tasks.
- Update and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and deliverables; monitor progress and address risks or delays proactively.
- Serve as the central communication point for all project teams to align roles responsibilities and expectations after management reorganizations.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to project sponsors and stakeholders; address questions concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
- Identify assess and track project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Refine project management processes and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible aligning with the updated EPMO structure.
- Oversee the completion of project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards; coordinate resolution of quality or compliance issues.
- Gather and synthesize project data to support leadership in making informed decisions; prepare materials for meetings reviews and escalations.
- Utilize experience in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies as well as process program technical delivery management and data-driven decision-making.
