About the Role:
As an LPN with A Servants Heart Medical Staffing you will be under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor (NS) and responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in compliance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act for LPNs.
- Follow physician and Nursing Supervisor orders as instructed.
- Document and report patient progress changes and care provided.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuous care.
- Participate in professional development and training programs with A Servants Heart Medical Staffing.
- Support rehabilitative procedures to aid in patient recovery.
- Maintain clear communication with client facility staff to ensure smooth care and avoid errors.
- Assist with additional patient care tasks as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina LPN license.
- At least six months of experience as an LPN.
- A passion for healthcare and a compassionate approach to patient care.
