Data/Analysis- Focused Co-Project Manager Grants Management System Implementation
Work Location: Hybrid (occasional office visit in Denver CO)
Position Summary:
The Data/Analysis-Focused Co-Project Manager will lead system configuration data integration and technical oversight for the implementation of the Colorado Department of Transportations (CDOT) Grants Management System (GMS). This role focuses on ensuring performance interoperability compliance and secure delivery of the systems data and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts related to data migration integration (SAP OnBase EcoInteractive PM Web) and system configuration.
Oversee development of automated workflows dashboards and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with performance data integrity and cybersecurity requirements (e.g. NIST 800-53 SOC 2 Type II WCAG 2.1 AA).
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in IT projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development for government projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training development using video audio and digital platforms for technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing government grant management systems.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and cloud architecture (AWS Azure or GCP).
PMP Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
Key Competencies:
Technical project management and workflow documentation.
Strong understanding of system interoperability and grant lifecycle automation.
Strategic planning and collaborative decision-making.
Other Requirements:
Must participate in biweekly status meetings and provide monthly updates.
Ability to travel occasionally for onsite meetings or technical workshops.
Work Location:
- This position is hybrid with periodic onsite attendance in Denver Colorado offices will be required.
