Job Description
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP TM solutions ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements conduct workshops and provide expert advice on transportation management processes and SAP TM capabilities.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including planning execution monitoring and closing ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Customization and Integration: Customize SAP TM modules to align with client-specific processes and integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams to ensure they are proficient in using SAP TM solutions and can maintain and optimize the system post-implementation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SAP TM analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into transportation performance and recommend improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP TM features and industry trends and proactively suggest enhancements to clients transportation management processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including client leadership IT teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for SAP TM initiatives.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications process flows and user manuals to support the implementation and ongoing use of SAP TM solutions.
