Job Title: Data Engineer
Experience: 3 Years
Location: Noida / Pune
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in designing building and managing data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python SQL ETL/ELT processes and experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse data projects contributing to the development of scalable data solutions that support analytics business intelligence and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust ETL/ELT workflows to ingest transform and load data from various structured and unstructured sources.

Write clean modular and reusable Python code for data transformation using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server MySQL and Oracle to extract and load data efficiently.

Integrate and manage data from NoSQL or search-based systems such as MongoDB and Solr.

Monitor troubleshoot and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to ensure consistent data quality availability and performance.

Perform data validation cleansing and transformation to support reliable reporting and analytics.

Participate in schema design and data modeling activities for data storage and processing layers.

Collaborate with data analysts data scientists and other engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions tailored to business needs.

Use Git for source control and contribute to development workflows through versioned code management and peer reviews.

Support CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration testing and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Python programming skills particularly for data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MsSQL MySQL or Oracle.

Familiarity with NoSQL or search-based technologies like MongoDB and Solr.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in a production environment.

Solid understanding of data transformation techniques schema design and data quality best practices.

Experience with version control tools like Git and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.

Ability to troubleshoot pipeline issues and identify performance bottlenecks.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work in agile teams.
