Job Title: Welder
Pay: $24.50/hour
Shift: Weekend 5:00 AM 5:30 PM (Work 36 hours get paid for 40)
Training: First 2 weeks on Day Shift MondayFriday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available during the week with Supervisor Approval

Test: 1G Metalcore MIG 3/8 Double Bevel Plate
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of welding experience
- Must have 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing
Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified MIG/Fitter Welders for a company that specializes in assembling and welding pole sections. This role is ideal for experienced welders looking to work in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proficiently use welding measuring tools including squares levels and tape measures
- Select fabrication equipment and plan layout assembly and welding procedures
- Bolt clamp and tack-weld parts into position for final welding
- Set up and weld parts using Arc Gas-Shielded Arc or Gas Welding equipment
- Assemble parts by bolting when necessary
- Repair products by dismantling reshaping and reassembling parts using fabrication equipment such as plate rollers cutting machines and torches
- Clean poles and welds as required
- Maintain responsibility for all tools and equipment provided
- Adhere to state and federal laws the ISO Quality Program company policies and Safety & Environmental Regulations
Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
