Ensure compliance with the Companies Act SEBI regulations and other applicable laws.
Maintain statutory books registers and records.
Prepare Board and Committee meeting agendas notices and minutes.
File necessary returns resolutions and reports with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Assist in drafting company policies agreements and resolutions.
Handle correspondence with regulatory authorities.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure the companys compliance.
Support corporate governance initiatives and secretarial audits.
Liaise with internal departments legal consultants and external stakeholders.
Manage company formation mergers share transfers and other secretarial matters.
