Senior Bid Writer Lead Strategic Bids in a Global Education Group

Cognition Learning Group is a leading international education provider. Our Business Development team plays a pivotal role in driving our growth and impact. We re looking for a Senior Bid Writer to lead complex bids manage a talented team of writers and help us win work that transforms lives.

What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the full lifecycle of bids including complex high-value bids
- Developing winning strategies and compelling content
- Managing and mentoring a growing bid team
- Driving continuous improvement in bid quality and processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver competitive client-focused submissions

Organisation: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. Research: Solid research skills with the ability to gather and analyse information relevant to the bid. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Proactivity: A proactive attitude with a high degree of initiative, able to manage workload efficiently and independently.
