We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Columbus OH. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing systems
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided
Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience
Monitor client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing projects when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM and support ticket systems is a plus
