Nexmos Design is seeking a professional and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls resolving customer concerns and delivering a high standard of service with each interaction. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries efficiently and professionally
Make outbound calls as necessary to follow up on unresolved issues
Accurately document interactions and update customer records in the system
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
