Experience Requirements:

- 4 years as a Pega Business Architect
- 4 years of related business analysis
- 4 years of use case development
- Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
- Agile software development experience
- Broad experience in organizations developing and delivering software
- Configuration and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship skills
