Construction Sr. Project Manager

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Sr Construction Project  Manager to join our team supporting a growing and thriving Mission Critical Construction Practice based in Dallas TX.

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement shop drawing/coordination development construction space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering Construction Project Management or similar curriculum and 8 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting large scale Mission Critical projects
• Experienced MEP construction experience.
• Experience supporting ground-up projects
• 8-12 years of construction experience
• Prior experience from a large general contractor.
• Experience in the selection and management of subcontracted labor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
• Experience with construction documentation.
• The ability to communicate effectively within a team environment while also working independently is crucial for success in this role.
• OSHA 10.
