Job Description

NielsenIQ Digital Purchases recherche un(une) Customer Success Manager E-Commerce. Ton travail consiste tre lexpert(e) auprs dun portefeuille de clients compos de marques et denseignes en E-commerce. Ta mission principale est de dynamiser et de piloter efficacement le portefeuille client que tu as sous gestion en exploitant pleinement le potentiel de nos donnes et de la plateforme SaaS NielsenIQ Digital Purchases

Tu as une relle apptence pour la data afin de la rendre oprationnelle et actionnable pour nos clients et tu disposes dun intrt fort pour le E-commerce en Europe.

 

Missions

  • Customer centric :

Tu es dans lanticipation des besoins clients et tu sais tadapter chaque client pour tassurer de leur satisfaction et de lutilisation de la plateforme NielsenIQ Digital Purchases

Tu sais accompagner un nouveau client tout au long de son processus donboarding jusqu la phase de reconduction tout en identifiant des opportunits commerciales.

  • Data-driven :

Tu conduis et partages les analyses pertinentes directement issues de la plateforme pour accompagner les clients dans la comprhension fine de leur march et de leur performance.

  • Product-oriented :

Tu as une maitrise absolue de la plateforme NielsenIQ Digital Purchases

Tu comprends en dtail les besoins de nos clients et recueille proactivement leurs retours afin de nourrir la roadmap produit.

Tu contribues directement au rayonnement de la plateforme NielsenIQ Digital Purchases (promotion des nouveauts organisation dateliers et de webinars mise en place dautomatisations pour dmultiplier lexprience client).

 

Profil

Comptences ncessaires (ce quil te faut pour russir sur ce poste) :

  • Proactivit & Ownership : tu as cur la satisfaction des clients et tu sauras leur dmontrer la pertinence des donnes NielsenIQ Digital Purchases dans leur quotidien
  • Polyvalence et pragmatisme : sont cls pour identifier les challenges et sadapter aux enjeux de nos clients.
  • Excellente expression crite et orale en anglais (francais)
  • Tu travailles en troite collaboration avec des Data Analystes des Product Managers ainsi que des Sales.
  • Connaissance des enjeux lis au e-commerce et des problmatiques commerciales et marketing des marques et distributeurs grce une premire exprience (entre 2 ans minimum et 5 ans) en e-commerce ou en market intelligence.
