Motor control development for for high voltage & low voltage electrical control unit including electrical compressor control unit eScooter control unit other innovation products.
- Analyze motor control related requirements and create ECU system requirements specification.
- Develop / update motor control algorithm with sensor-based control or sensor-less control (PMSM motors).
- Perform motor control related simulations including torque performance rotation speed performance start up behavior etc.
- Parameters adaptation and calibration (e.g. current sensing MTPA)
- Motor control related debugging and performance measurements
- Enhance efficiency thermal NVH performance.
- Cooperate with project team including hardware software for motor control related topics.
- Cooperate with other locations (Germany Indian) for motor control related topics.
- Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications :
1. Education & Major:
- Bachelor degree
- Major in Motor Control Automatic Control E&E engineering
2. Working experience:
- 3 years in automotive electrical control unit development
- 5 years motor control algorithm development (PMSM experience prefered)
3. Technical Skills /Abilities:
- Familiar with motor control algorithm development including FOC sensor-less control flux weakening MTPA NVH optimization etc.
- Familiar with MBD (Model Based Development)
- Familiar with Matlab/Simulink
- Fluent in English language.
4. Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and ownership
- Good communication skills
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
