Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations negotiate effectively and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent/ native in English (C1) with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
- Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German or Canadian markets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit)
- Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
