The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Lead Services Product Manager to drive the vision development and execution of our services portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader with a strong background in services customer experience and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for defining and evolving service offerings that deliver measurable value to our customers and align with our business goals.
What Youll Do:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of service productsfrom ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the services roadmap in alignment with company strategy customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering sales marketing operations and customer success to ensure successful delivery and adoption of services.
Conduct market research customer interviews and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the current services portfolio.
Develop business cases and pricing strategies for new and existing services.
Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate service performance and customer satisfaction.
What We Seek:
812 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on services or customer experience.
Proven track record of launching and scaling service offerings in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Experience with services transformation SaaS or managed services.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and service design methodologies.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.
