Job Description
University Home Care located in Livonia MI is seeking an experienced Scheduler in Home Care to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule home care services for patients
- Make sure caregiver follow their schedule
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain scheduling records and documentation
- Handle schedule changes and adjustments efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience as a scheduler in the home care industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
