As a PT at Rock Creek youll be a vital part of our residents recovery journeyhelping them reach their goals and live their best lives. Whether its improving balance restoring function or boosting confidence your expertise will make a real difference every single day.
What Youll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and guide functional movement training
Collaborate with nurses physicians and other therapists for optimal outcomes
Educate residents and families on care techniques and at-home support
Document progress and adjust plans as needed
