Finance Director Work Alongside an Excellent Leadership Team Making a Difference in the Community

The Finance Director will play a critical role in supporting this mission through strategic leadership financial planning and operational excellence. This organization is seeking a collaborative down-to-earth leader who brings proven experience in non-profit sector. - Lead and mentor a small close knit accounting team
- Collaborate with department leaders to support grant proposals and donor reporting
- Partner with the board to guide the budgeting forecasting and strategic planning process
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning
