As an Information Officer you will develop and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations with the overall mission of Information Governanace for Saab Surveillance.

Among other tasks the Information Officer will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate project updates objectives and outcomes to diverse groups of stakeholders

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders addressing concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions project milestones and communication plans to ensure transparency and accountability

• Define BA Surveillance Information Strategy with respect to business needs and internal or external requirements drive strategy execution

• Ensure effective information architecture across the business area including use of information types information classification information categories information roles information ownership structures and information tools

• Act as Operational Architect effectively connecting current information landscape through short to medium term improvements into target information landscape

• Enable collaboration conditions for effective and compliant flow of information cross process organisation and country borders

Your profile

To thrive and succeed in this role we see that you enjoy working independently take on great responsibility and have excellent communication skills. You also have strong Business Acumen and the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Your are detail-oriented organized and self-motivated with a high attention to detail in all aspects of project management.

The successful candidate also has experience/competence of:

• Preferably 5 years or more in a Management role in relevant industry with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project management

• Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple and shifting priorities while maintaining project timelines and deliverables

• Experience in people management and fostering positive team dynamics

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
  

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
