Our international Design team based in Munich is seeking a motivated Design Operations & Project Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your Fairway
- Team Enablement & Structure:You ensure that creative processes run efficiently by bringing structure to our international design team. You will optimize workflows enable smooth collaboration and foster a high-performing environment.
- Project & Resource Management: You manage and coordinate design projects from start to finish - prioritizing tasks managing timelines and keeping teams and deliverables on track.
- AI Integration: You use AI tools daily to streamline processes boost creativity and push innovation while empowering others to do the same.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:You work closely with our designers and stakeholders across the company. Youre a strong communicator who ensures priorities are clear and processes are transparent.
Your Scorecard
- Proven experience in a design-related operations project management or team lead role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools in creative and operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of design processes and creative work you dont have to be a designer but you have a strong design sensibility and a keen eye for visual quality.
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the golf world.
- Able to work regularly on-site in our Munich office.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
