Were looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of an already thriving blue-collar Mining Operators desk.

This role offers you the opportunity to step into an active portfolio of clients with the support and resources you need to succeed and plenty of room to grow your market share across new sites and contracts.

What youll be doing:
- End-to-end recruitment of Mining Operators (e.g. production mobile plant field-based roles)
- Sourcing placing and mobilising blue-collar candidates across WA
- Building relationships with site contacts and operations managers
- Developing new business and growing market share
- Managing your contractors on assignment ensuring quality and continuity
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in recruitment mining or blue-collar preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Someone whos not afraid to pick up the phone and chase opportunity
- A passion for fast-paced high-impact work
- The drive to build a strong sustainable desk of your own
