Position at Thrive Pet Healthcare
All Valley Pet Clinic at Federal Way is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture for phlebotomy and catheter placement
- Obtain laboratory sample collection
- Perform diagnostic imaging
- Anesthesia Monitoring
- Administer vaccines and medications
- Fill prescriptions
- Communicate with and educate clients
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Our ideal candidate:
- Previous veterinary experience in a nursing role surgical skills required
- Commitment to continued educational development and growth.
- Must have active listening critical thinking complex problem solving time management judgment and decision-making skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with staff and clients
