Job Summary:
Were looking for a certified yoga instructor with experience in Yin/Restorative Yoga to guide participants through intentional meditative practices that promote mobility flexibility and deep relaxation. This role is ideal for someone who values a holistic approach to fitness and thrives in a community-centered environment.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead weekly Yin Yoga classes tailored to a range of fitness levels
- Offer clear compassionate instruction in alignment with Yin Yoga philosophy
- Create a calming inclusive environment that supports member well-being
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the yoga room and props
- Collaborate with the Sports Complex team to support wellness initiatives and special events
About You:
- Current Yoga Certification (Yin Yoga specialty preferred)
- Previous experience teaching Yin Yoga or restorative formats strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional reliable and punctual
