Job Description
What youll do at OhioMHAS:
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs including health dental vision life insurance and retirement plans
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility enrollment plan changes and coverage details
- Process and manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests in compliance with federal and state laws ensuring timely communication and documentation
- Coordinate short-term and long-term disability claims with third-party administrators tracking approvals denials and return-to-work transitions
- Oversee workers compensation claims from initial incident reporting through resolution partnering with insurance carriers healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate confidential and up-to-date records related to FMLA disability and workers compensation cases
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal state and organizational policies to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory standard
This is anhourly position in the Exempt Pay Scalewith a pay range of10. Thisposition is located within our1101 Summit Road Cincinnati OH 45237
