- Develops and establishes quality systems and procedures inspection plans quality performance trends statistical plans and technical quality plans for production.
-Prepares reports by collecting interpreting analyzing and summarizing data and making recommendations.
-Analyzes proposed changes in methods and materials.
-Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
-Identifies quality performance trends and corrective action by coordinating with customers and suppliers.
-Ability to lead and motivate people in a team environment balance the demands of several work areas and to coordinate closely related work of a variety of employees.
-Devises and implements various methods and procedures for inspecting testing and evaluating the precision reliability and accuracy of products processes and production equipment.
-Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Manufacturing / or Associate degree in related discipline; other degrees and work experience considered
-Understanding of ISO 9001
-Improve product quality and processes by making recommendations for change
-Proficient use of MS Word MS Excel MS outlook & MS Access
-Verify operators are following process sheets and products meet print specifications.
-Assist production and supervision with process problems and improvements
-Understanding and committed to customers requirements
-Provide support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques
-Able to work efficiently in a team environment
