Job Description

$150M New Federal (GSA DoD) Construction Experience
Experience documenting and evaluating changes in project cost schedule evaluating contractors request for change order and preparing written reports on project status
Able to read construction drawings
Maintains records on project costs time schedules contractor performance and contract changes

Requirements

5 Years in role as a Project Manager/Project Engineer
BS Construction Management or Engineering or BA Architecture
Must be able to speak and write in English
Must be able to obtain HSPD-12
Onsite
