Seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support various projects and assignments supporting EFI Globals MidAtlantic district teams Engineering and Fire Investigations.
This is a fast-pace hit the ground running administrative support role. (NOT an IT or Project Management role.)
This is a full-time hybrid position (after initial in-office training) that must reside in the greater Baltimore area and be able to commute to the office for weekly in-office rotation.
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00AM to 6:00 PM eastern time.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.

As required by law Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only the range of starting pay for this role is $19.00-26.00.
