Junior Communication Specialist - Bucharest&Titu
Workplace: 010051 BukarestWhat to expect:
- Participation in communication projects related to technical topics and innovation activities.
- Organization of local visits (technical partners internal stakeholders) with adapted content and support for R&D showcases.
- Collaboration with local departments in Bucharest and Titu to align on communication needs.
- Support in media content creation for internal use: photos short videos translations for subtitles etc.
- Assistance with data collection and reporting for communication performance evaluation.
- Involvement in crisis or unplanned communication efforts as guided.
- Support in organizing employee engagement and local recognition initiatives.
- Operational collaboration with pre-approved communication and marketing vendors (e.g. for promotional items print materials).
- Reporting on local resource and budget usage related to communication activities.
What you bring along:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Communication Public Relations Journalism or Marketing.
- At least 6 months of experience in communication media or similar fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to a technical audience.
- Basic experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
- CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Good organizational skills and openness to learning.
- Category B driving license.
